tawkin : add a new audio track to an existing video using two devices

homebase plays the existing video from a desktop/laptop

mobile records the new audio from a mobile/cell phone and also controls video playback

raise and lower the phone to start and stop audio recording and video playback (half tilt mobile to pause)

playback plays the original video aligned with the new audio track on desktop/laptop

a tool for language translation or verbal analysis or . . .

note: works with android and chrome -- does not work with iphone yet
